HS2 UPDATE

Ian Burns, managing director of Cameron Homes, said: “We received a letter from HS2 yesterday (18 July) stating that, following a change to the planned route of HS2, the Newfield Rise development is now likely to be impacted by the railway line, either during its build and/or operation.

“This news has come out of the blue and we are urgently engaged in talks with HS2 and our professional advisors to establish what the impact on the development will be.

“We have contacted our customers to make them aware of the situation and will provide further updates in due course.”
