Key appointments at Cameron


Two key appointments have been made at an expanding Cameron Homes.

Cameron Homes has created the new positions at its head office in Chasetown, near Burntwood.

Emma Graham, of Wolverhampton, joins the family-owned business, which builds new developments throughout the Midlands, as office manager and personal assistant to managing director Ian Burns.

She has 16 years’ experience in working for senior executives for national and global organisations such as Celgene Europe Limited and Pitney Bowes MapInfo, as well as other construction companies.

“My goal is always to deliver an all-encompassing service, covering a range of disciplines including personal assistance, office management, recruitment, finance liaison, HR and customer service, which is rated as second to none,” she said.

“This new role at Cameron Homes excites me as it covers an array of responsibilities and gives me a forum to exercise my creative muscles and introduce innovative ideas to a receptive, like-minded team.”

Emma is joined at the firm by Josh Allen, recruited as a new IT manager. A computing science graduate of Staffordshire University, Josh was previously lead ITC technician at Oldfields Hall Middle School in Uttoxeter, where he lives.

He also has previous experience with Wilsthorpe Business & Enterprise College and Eurocom Entertainment Software.

In his new position he will oversee all computer technology at Cameron and its sister company Galliers Homes, based in Shrewsbury, in both offices and on the firm’s many sites around the Midlands.

“I am excited to be working for Cameron Homes and am looking forward to introducing new technology initiatives which will help to retain the company’s position as an innovative regional house builder,” he commented.
