New customer care co-ordinator appointed

A Staffordshire teenager who has just completed a year-long apprenticeship with Cameron Homes has now been offered a full-time role with the firm.

Chloe Richardson (19), of Chasetown, was recruited by Cameron Homes last year and has been following a level two diploma course in customer care since then.

“I have worked as a customer care administrator and been given a high level of training covering a range of skills such as administration and dealing with the public,” said Chloe, a former Erasmus Darwin Academy pupil who has just been appointed as a customer care co-ordinator at Cameron’s Chasetown head office.

“I have even learnt about construction methods, including plumbing and electrical issues, which I had no previous experience of and can only praise the support I have been given during my apprenticeship with Cameron.

”I will now continue to use my training and experience and aspire to be a manager with Cameron in the future,” she added.

Her manager Debbie Adams commented: "Chloe has worked extremely hard towards her apprenticeship whilst carrying out her everyday duties in her demanding and challenging role within the customer care department.  

“We are very proud of Chloe for achieving her level two diploma in customer service and are pleased to announce that she has been offered a fulltime position within Cameron as a customer care co-ordinator in recognition of her hard work and dedication."
