Staffordshire-based Cameron Homes, with its sister company Galliers Homes, is set to increase turnover to £70 million this year.
Around 100 members of staff gathered at Weston Park for their annual conference to hear the plans for expansion.
Ian Burns, managing director of the Chasetown company, told his team that growth had been exceptional over the last 12 months, with around 25 new jobs being created, and this was set to continue throughout this year.
“Our operating area is widening away from our traditional area of Staffordshire and we are now building in counties such as Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
“The south midlands will be a key area for expansion, with several new developments near Stratford on Avon starting later this year, and a new regional team being set up to oversee this.”
He said that as well as completing a total of 228 properties in 2017, there would be major investment in staff and infrastructure.
“We will be investing heavily in the training and development of our people and a new IT system is being introduced, starting from this year, which will improve efficiency and speed of operation throughout the firm.
“One of our most exciting plans is the launch of a new core house type range which is currently being developed, with our own specialists working with a firm of architects. This will be unveiled in the near future.
“Importantly, we are also aiming to gain five star rating in the Home Builders’ Federation customer satisfaction survey which monitors the overall experience of our purchasers,” he said.
Cameron is also looking to recruit across a wide range of disciplines to strengthen its team.
