Two of Cameron’s site managers have been named as some of the best in the building business.
Pete Jones, who manages the Bourne Fields development in Aldridge and Lewis Brazier, who manages Keepers Cross in Tividale, are included in this year’s list of top site managers, compiled by the National House Builders Federation as part of its ‘Pride in the Job’ programme.
They are amongst only 450 people to win one of the coveted quality awards, from around 16,000 site managers across the UK.
Paul Morrissey, chief operations officer Cameron, said: “I am delighted that Pete and Lewis have been chosen to receive the accolade.
“They have worked extremely hard developing their teams to not only reach but to maintain the required standards. A lot of hard work goes into the preparation for this award by all supporting staff and sub contractors. They have to go through several rounds of rigorous inspections at various stages of the developments being built.
“The achievements are well-deserved and reflect the high quality of construction at our sites – it is good news for Pete and Lewis and our customers at Bourne Fields and Keepers Cross.”
The Pride in the Job programme has been running for almost 40 years and the two winners from Cameron will now go on to compete for a higher level award at a National House Building Council dinner this autumn.
