Cameron is sponsoring the popular music festival on July 16, which takes a 1970s theme this year.
“We are giving out hundreds of pairs of huge style sunglasses in keeping with the funky style of the festival and in the hope that the sun will shine on the day,” said Danielle Goffe-Wood, marketing manager of Cameron Homes.
“Cameron is a very community-minded business which has a long association with this area so we are happy to become one of the sponsors of this worthwhile event, also providing balloons and wristbands for children, which will help if they get lost amongst the crowds,” Danielle added.
Chairman of the Party in the Park, Mark Watkins, said that he was very grateful for the company’s support for the festival, which features a range of live bands and will raise money for the Little Aston Recreational Ground.
“This is the sixth Little Aston Party in the Park and we are very pleased Cameron Homes have sponsored the event for the second year running.
“The dedicated help from volunteers and the generosity of sponsors like Cameron Homes makes the event possible. Their financial support helps cover the cost of the first class entertainment and facilities required to cater for 3,000 people.
“Little Aston Recreational Ground is probably the best facility in the area and every penny raised by Party In the Park goes towards the upkeep and improvement of equipment. The park is funded by the community for the community.”
Cameron is building a range of 14 individually-designed high specification five and six bedroom properties at Bourne Fields in Aldridge, with only two being left for sale now.
