Plans have been unveiled for a new housing development in a village near Pershore.
A total of 40 properties are being built at the site in Upton Snodsbury Road in Pinvin, two miles from Pershore, by Cameron Homes.
The scheme will feature two, three, four and five bedroom homes, with 16 of these being allocated as affordable homes for local people.
Construction work on the development will start shortly and the first houses will go on sale in June of this year.
“This will be a significant new housing development for Pinvin, providing much-needed high quality family properties and a good number of affordable homes for local people,” said Beverley Coleman, sales manager for Cameron Homes.
