A new housing development in the Rushall area of Walsall is ahead of schedule, with more than a quarter of its homes sold already.
Cameron Homes is providing a selection of 23 family properties at the location of a former residential home in Lichfield Road.
The initial properties at the new development, called Chestnut Rise, went on the market in February and six have now been snapped up.
Amanda Gales, sales manager for family-owned company Cameron Homes, based in Chasetown, said that the firm has a long history of providing housing in this area around Walsall, with four successful sites completed here in recent years.
She commented: “We are pleased to have regenerated this prominent location in Rushall and that the new homes are proving to be so popular.
“We currently have a selection of three bedroom homes available and this new high quality housing scheme is already bringing new life to the area.
“Customers are impressed with the quality of the new houses here and the well-connected Rushall location, only a few miles from the centre of Walsall,” she said.
Prices for homes now on the market at Chestnut Rise, where a show home will open in May, start at £189,950 for a three-bedroom Donnington design.
