The first property at new Warwickshire housing development has been snapped up as soon as it has gone on the market.
Cameron Homes, which recently opened an office in Stratford upon Avon, has just launched its latest site, located in the village of Tredington, near Shipston-on-Stour.
The Orchards is surrounded by open countryside and is providing a collection of 19 two, three and four bedroom houses and 10 affordable properties for local people.
Bev Coleman, sales manager for Cameron Homes, said that the first house had been reserved as soon as the development was launched.
“The Orchards is in a very attractive location within a desirable village so we know it is going to be a popular place to live,” she commented.
Prices for homes currently on sale at The Orchards start at £350,000 for a three-bedroom Dendale design and go up to £675,000 for Cameron’s new ‘Cotswold’ house type built local stone and featuring four bedrooms and two studies.
The Cotswold showhome will open as a fully fitted show home later this summer and the development is currently being sold from Peter Clarke estate agents.
The government’s Help to Buy scheme, which offers a loan of 20% of the purchase price, is available at the development.
