Regional Marketing Executive

Shrewsbury/Chasetown

We are looking for an experienced marketing executive with a formal qualification being an advantage. You will have responsibility for co ordinating the marketing requirements of a regional office and its sales developments.

A person with good inter personal skills and a drive and tenacity to work on their own initiative is necessary as they will be working in a small team environment but will need to travel to sites and communicate with our teams at site level, splitting time between our regional  office in Shrewsbury and head office in Chasetown, Staffordshire.

Creative talent plus good attention to detail for checking technical aspects and copy is required along with the ability to work to plan and targets set.

Internal Communications Manager

Chasetown

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate internal communications manager to take a lead in the setting up and on-going management of an internal communications strategy.

Based from our head office in Chasetown, Staffordshire, you will be tasked with keeping a growing and dispersed team abreast of what is happening in the company, being creative with the tools and channels used to deliver clear and succinct messages, in conjunction with an experienced creative agency.

Excellent grasp of written English and proficiency in editing the work of others, an eye for detail, familiarity with content management systems, project management and adherence to self-imposed deadlines, strong speaking skills and an ability to build relationships at every level within the company are all required. 

This is a new and exciting role, primarily working in the Sales & Marketing team, but will work closely with the Executive Board, Directors and HR team.  You may already be operating as an internal communications manager and like the sound of developing something from the beginning or you are at the stage in your career where you are looking for a move that provides the progression you are looking for and capable of.

Customer Care Co-ordinator

Chasetown

We are looking for a confident and organised customer care co-ordinator to join our head office team in Chasetown, Staffordshire. 

You will need to demonstrate a strong background in customer services, and a basic construction knowledge would be highly desirable. You will need an excellent telephone manner and to be able to keep a cool head whilst working under pressure. 

The role is office based, but with visits to several of our developments across the region, the use of your own car is essential.
