Additional Information.

An immensely complicated site location in the Green Belt. A consent was granted at appeal enabling the costly relocation of an existing quarry road from a leafy residential road across farmland, linking to the Chester Road (A452).

The project had stalled due to the complexities of the site until Cameron worked closely with a number of key stakeholders to unlock its potential. Constraints included ransom strips, ecology, overhead electric cables, railway line, levels, adjoining quarry and a busy entrance shared with a garden centre and restaurant.
