New show home at village development

A new show home is set to be launched in the sought-after village of Lower Quinton near Stratford upon Avon.

Cameron Homes is building a collection of 30 stylish houses and bungalows at Swithin’s Wood on Main Road.

Beverley Coleman, sales director with Cameron Homes, said that the fully furnished property would be unveiled on September 30.

She commented: “We are looking forward to the launch of The Austrey design as our show home at Swithin’s Wood.

“This development features a beautifully-designed collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, offering a rare opportunity
to live in a sought-after location.

“Lower Quinton is a picturesque Warwickshire village, on the edge of the Cotswolds, It enjoys the best of both worlds as it’s a secluded setting but far from isolated as all the amenities and attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are only seven miles away.”

Swithin’s Wood offers a selection of seven spacious designs, each complete with a luxurious master suite, stunning contemporary interior and high specification fixtures and fittings.

Some properties have a spectacular open plan kitchen, secluded study or generous double garage.

Prices currently range between £375,000 and £460,000 and the government’s Help to Buy scheme is available here, offering a 20% loan to put towards purchase.
