Young Birmingham patients got an early Christmas treat this week when staff from a Midlands housebuilder paid a visit.
The employees of Cameron Homes’ South division, based in Stratford upon Avon, arrived at Birmingham Children’s Hospital to help out.
Marketing executive Danielle Gadsby commented: “We have sponsored a ward at the hospital – we chose the trauma and broken bones ward – and have also decorated it for Christmas to make it feel more festive.
“Our team has raised over £1,800 for the hospital charity and also took some toys and games for the children.
“It was great to see how pleased the youngsters were with the gifts and the decorations.”
The day also included a visit by the ‘Cameron reindeers who distributed the presents to the children.
