Cameron backing for teddy bear fun

Cameron has again agreed to back the annual Barton Teddy Bear Festival.

The event, featuring a range of rides and attractions for children’s favourite teddy bears, is held every year as part of the Barton under Needwood garden festival.

Cameron, which is selling a collection of 70 new four and five-bedroom detached homes at its popular Lawnswood development at Tatenhill in Branston, has donated £500 to back the Barton Belle, Top Gun Ted and Water Ski Ted rides.

The festival organisers are delighted that Cameron Homes has once again decided to sponsor the event.

Lindy Young commented: “Such support is vital to enable us to set up and operate our eight teddy bear rides, providing a weekend of fun for visitors of all ages - and their furry friends.

“The sponsorship also enables us to maximise the amount we can donate to our good causes which this year are YMCA Burton, Saxon Hill Academy for children with special needs, Footsteps Orphanage in Kenya and St James’ Church, Barton.”

The Festival takes place on June 22 and 23 in Barton under Needwood from 1pm to 6pm.

Exclusive incentive packages are on offer at Cameron’s Lawnswood development, where show homes are now open and prices start at £305,000 for a four bedroom home.
