Cameron hits right note with music festival

Cameron Homes has become one of the main sponsors of the Warton Music Festival, providing a £1,000 donation.

The festival is now in its 12th year and attracts hundreds of visitors to a 15-acre site at Bentley Farm.

Alex Hyland, manager of the festival, which this year will be held on July 19-21, said that the organisers were very grateful to Chasetown-based Cameron.

'With Warton Music Festival fast approaching we would like to thank one of our main sponsors Cameron Homes for not only helping regenerate our village but also for their invaluable support with our event, making this year bigger and better than ever!

“We hope as many people as possible will come and join us to see some great bands from the UK and overseas and then maybe have a beer or two in bar which Cameron is sponsoring and we have called ‘The Cameron Inn’.”

Sonya Bagley, marketing executive of Cameron Homes, which is building a range of three and four bedroom homes at its Briars Wharf scheme off Grendon Road in Polesworth, said that as a family-owned company they were always pleased to get involved with communities.

“We are pleased to be supporting this leading local music festival and hope it will be a huge success,” she commented.
