Quantity Surveyor - Castle Donnington

Our newly opened East Midlands office is expanding its team, they are part way through an ambitious growth plan to expand into the region.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team to support our growth.  This role will involve working closely with the Commercial Manager and the wider commercial team, playing a vital role in managing the company and regions commercial profitability and risk.

Technical and Commercial Administrator - Shrewsbury

We are looking to appoint a Technical/Commercial Administrator to assist our Regional Commercial and Technical team in Shrewsbury.  This role will also provide a comprehensive range of high-quality administrative support within the regional office to ensure all aspects of day to day activities operate efficiently, effectively and consistently with our other regional offices. 

The role will involve working closely with the Regional team to ensure deadlines are met in producing supporting documentation as required.  You will be appropriately trained regarding our processes and procedures in order to support the business.

Treasury Officer - Chasetown, Staffordshire

We are looking to recruit a Treasury Officer initially on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave in our Finance Team. Duties will include bank reconciliations for two companies, raising miscellaneous payments, posting bank transactions to an in-house system, reconciling company credit card statements and assisting with the purchase ledger if necessary.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy Finance Team and will have some treasury and purchase ledger experience would be desirable. You will be confident, enthusiastic, eager to learn new skills and be computer literate with good spreadsheet and word processing skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person to join an ambitious and rapidly growing company. Hours will be 37 hours per week with an attractive salary for the successful candidate.

Staffordshire and Derbyshire Bricklayers Urgently Required

We are urgently looking for experienced bricklayers to work on our sites throughout the West Midlands and East Midlands - particularly those based in and around Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Must hold CSCS cards and full insurance. Good rates of pay based on previous experience. 

Immediate starts available for short and long term contracts.
