WHICH COUNTRY'S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?

Competition period runs from 16th March- 17th March 2019. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entries limited to one per person. One winner of 1 year’s membership at Branston Golf and Country Club will be drawn at each participating development on the 22nd March 2019. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. (b) benefit from a Local Connection or is a member of a single household where at last one person benefits from a Local Connection;

A statement from our Financial advisor stating that the purchaser wishing to purchase a RMV property has been financially assessed and would be unable to purchase the property at open market value.
To qualify for the ‘Discounted Sale Home Ownership Unit’ (DSHOU) you must satisfy one or more of the local connection criteria (in no order of priority):
(1) born in the Parish of Marston Sicca or whose parent(s) were ordinarily resident in that Parish at the time of birth;
(2) currently lives in the Parish of Marston Sicca and has done so for at least the past 12 months;
(3) used to live in the Parish of Marston Sicca and did so for a continuous period of not less than three years;
