At the northern tip of Warwickshire lies the peaceful village of Newton Regis. With its roots dating back to the 12th century, the village is steeped in rich history and has a proud heritage that goes back to the medieval ages.
Today Newton Regis is home to a close-knit, welcoming community of 700 residents, some of whom have called it home for generations.
Life here is peaceful, with plenty of opportunities to stay active, enjoy the great outdoors and get out and about but for those who want to venture further, the village borders the M42 and has excellent transport links, making it just a short drive away from some of the county’s main cities and towns.
Past meets present
Newton Regis is one of Warwickshire’s best-preserved villages. Surrounded by swathes of open green fields, it’s ideally located near the countryside and offers plenty of opportunities to explore the local area and the surroundings.
With its half-timbered thatched cottages and centuries-old farmhouses dating back to The Renaissance, it's a quintessential English village in a splendid and well-connected area.
At the heart of Newton Regis lies the medieval parish church, St Mary's, with features from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries. The church brings the community together all year round and contains a great deal of historical interest for anyone local or traveling from afar.
