NHBC Warranty

At Cameron, we put you at the heart of everything we do and our customer experience starts with the quality of our homes.

Each of our homes undergoes rigorous inspections from the National Home Builders Council (NHBC). Only when a property passes several inspections can it be completed, and ready for you to move in.
 
If for any reason you feel that your home isn’t meeting the highest quality standards, we offer excellent insurance coverage across the board.  Provided by ourselves and the National Homebuilders Council, all of our homes come with a 10 year warranty.

The NHBC 10 Year Warranty
 
Within the first two years of moving, in that in the unlikely event you notice any defects or maintenance issues, that aren’t from general wear and tear, we’ll personally come out to repair them. Beyond that and up until the end of your warranty, if we fail to meet the standards set by the NHBC, you’ll be protected under warranty insurance.
 
Further cover
 
We also provide cover for contaminated land if you receive a statutory notice about the condition of your land. Additional cover for the builder failing to comply with Building Regulations also applies to some policies.
