Our selection process

There are many different roles within our teams, all requiring very different skill sets. That's why each individual role has its own unique selection process, tailored to the role to ensure we see your full potential.

Initially, we take a look at your CV and cover letter to get a feel for your experience and why you’re applying for the role. Once we’ve matched your experience to the role, you can expect to be a part of some of the following selection processes: 

  • Initial video interview
  • Answer some technical question specific to the role
  • Face to face interview
  • Deliver a presentation
  • Complete a case study/work-based assessment
  • Complete psychometric assessments
  • Meet the team informally

Welcoming you

If you’re successful in the selection process, we’ll begin the process of integrating you within the Company. This means getting to know the culture, meeting your new colleagues, and providing you with all the tools you need to join our family. Our step-by-step onboarding process is detailed below: 

  1. Get your job offer paperwork signed and returned.
  2. Agree a start date.
  3. Organise an informal meet the team session and any catch ups prior to start date.
  4. Issue a welcome pack to build your understanding of life here.
  5. Introduce you to a buddy internally who’ll support your onboarding and helps you settle into the role.
  6. Create an onboarding plan, tailored specifically to your role and experience.
  7. Feedback after your first 3 months to help us identify any further support you might need.
  8. Ongoing one-to-one meets with your Manager for your learning and development.
