Our selection process
There are many different roles within our teams, all requiring very different skill sets. That's why each individual role has its own unique selection process, tailored to the role to ensure we see your full potential.
Initially, we take a look at your CV and cover letter to get a feel for your experience and why you’re applying for the role. Once we’ve matched your experience to the role, you can expect to be a part of some of the following selection processes:
- Initial video interview
- Answer some technical question specific to the role
- Face to face interview
- Deliver a presentation
- Complete a case study/work-based assessment
- Complete psychometric assessments
- Meet the team informally
