We have appointed an independent Managing Agent for your development.
Their job is to:
- look after the common areas/shared spaces on behalf of the RMC
- take on the administration of the accounts
- act on behalf of the RMC
Once construction of the development is complete, all agreements have been entered into and all conditions met, we will arrange for the existing directors to be removed and hand the Residents Management Company (RMC) to the residents to control. The appointed managing agent will then work on your behalf for the first 12 months.
After the first 12 months, you can agree to appoint a different Managing Agent of your choosing.
